Father's day

Golf balls, BBQ equipment and GPS watches, that what studies claim that’s what fathers want this father’s day.  So if your dad is one of those guys who loses his golf balls, gets lost looking for them and then he goes home to have some BBQ then these are the gifts you might want to look at. I’m sorry to say that Lynn’s doesn't sell any of these products. Things that we sell will give your dad that perfect present. Think about it, how many hours a week does your dad spend watching TV? Wouldn't something that proves to be useful be a better present? Seems like in the last couple of weeks I've talked to a lot of dads who have been looking at audio equipment. Sound bars and Sound pedestals are one of the most popular things that we are selling these days for dad.

Yamaha YAS-101
Samsung 9000 series
TVs today have nice beautiful images; years ago people couldn't dream of these types of images. With these amazing HD images the one thing that TVs are missing is sound. If you think about it your TV is only 2-3 inches deep. While thin is great on a wall or mantle, this also means that the speakers that companies can put in your TV are going to have to be very small to fit into tight places. Our solution? Sound bars and Sound pedestals. Companies from LG to Bose all have sound bars that you can either place on the wall or on a cabinet. Their prices vary from 99.99 to 1499.99. Now these all will have different features and acoustics. All these models are on sale now for our Last Chance Sale, and the best way to know the difference is just to listen to them. Many models will be on sale now through Saturday.

Bose Solo, Zvox 555, Speakercraft CS3

The Bose Solo and Zvox products are a new design that has been very popular. These are like sound bars, but they are designed to actually let your TV sit on top of the pedestal. One of my favorite companies is Zvox, big sound in a wood enclosure. Wood will have better acoustics; it’s like what’s better a plastic violin or a wood violin? Some sound bars are plastic, it’s cheaper to build and easier to form. Having a pedestal will keep your TV sight for both your view and the remote’s sensor on the front. Also it will not call attention to itself; with a nice clean look it will seem that it was a part of your TV. Many of these pedestals such as Speakercraft and Zvox will have 5 speakers and up to 2 sub woofers built into the cabinet. Which saves your from have wires all tangled behind your TV.

Adding a sound bar or sound pedestal is a great solution to the annoying speakers that come with your TV. It will give you better clean, crisp sound and more volume without distortion. We’re not going for a full blown theater; we want better sound to increase your viewing experience. So come by and take a listen and get a present that dad won’t go and say… uhh great…. Get one he’ll love!
